1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use tvinfo, we may process:

• account details such as your name, email address, and profile image;
• authentication records needed to keep your account signed in;
• watchlist entries, viewing status, and the time entries were added;
• likes associated with your signed-in account;
• a randomly generated browser identifier used to count a content page at most once per browser per day;
• the IP address associated with a content-page view, when supplied by our hosting or proxy infrastructure;
• local device data, including a guest watchlist stored in your browser;
• standard technical logs such as request time, browser type, IP address, and error information when generated by our infrastructure.

We do not intentionally collect payment information through tvinfo.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, synchronize watchlists, provide requested features, protect the service, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and understand how to improve reliability and usability. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

3. Cookies and local storage

Authentication uses cookies required to maintain secure sessions. Guest watchlists use browser local storage so they work before sign-in. When you sign in, locally stored entries may be merged into your account. Page-view measurement also stores a random browser identifier and the IP address supplied with the request. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or remove unsynced guest data.

4. When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, database storage, security, and catalog functionality. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not share watchlist data publicly by default.

5. Data retention

Account and watchlist data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Security, backup, and legal records may be kept for a limited additional period. Guest data remains on your device until you clear it or your browser removes it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including secure authentication and restricted database access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use a unique password and protect access to your device.

7. Your choices and rights

You may review or change information available through your account, sign out, remove watchlist entries, or request account deletion through the official contact method published on tvinfo.space. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information.

8. Children

tvinfo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

9. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for these data transfers.
